I started affiliate marketing 2 years ago and the first step I took in this business was to join a very unique online community. Well, it’s actually more than that (no, it’s not a secret society and you don’t need to answer weird questions to join!). It’s an online internet marketing university, my second home now! Today I’m an active member and help new members every day within it.
This university is the Wealthy Affiliate University (WA).
So, what matters here is the following question:
Will Wealthy Affiliate Work For You?
I actually created this page to give my personal review of Wealthy Affiliate, first because I’m grateful for what it has brought to me (and still does) and second because I know it can be a turning point for other people who really want to succeed online and want the best training possible. As an active member I thought that who better to do this than me.

In my honest opinion, I think that Wealthy Affiliate offers the best training available on the Internet for making money online and within this review I am going to explain why I think this and I will let you come to your own conclusions on whether it is a right “choice” for you or not. I am going to break these down into…
“Reasons Why WA Is The Best Training”

Reason #1: The Community.
Ever felt stuck, lost, or bewildered by the Internet marketing “wild west”? There is a specific reason for this… you had nobody to turn to when you were stuck. You will never have this feeling as a member of Wealthy Affiliate. The owners themselves (Kyle & Carson) are available for support ANYTIME which is awesome, however that is not even the best part. You have the ability to connect and communicate with 1,000′s of other aspiring and successful Internet marketers.
Yes, that is right. You can communicate directly with people that are having the same problems as you, people who have solved these problems already and want to help, along with many very successful online marketers, some of which net over $1 Million every year. That mentorship alone is worth 10 times the price of admission in my opinion! Oh and there’s a new feature now: a live chat! :)

Reason #2: The training.
With over 400 training tutorials, videos, and downloadable guides (and growing everyday), Wealthy Affiliate offers online business training like no other. If you are an absolute beginner or if you are an expert looking to expand your knowledge base and network, their robust training will help you take your business to the next level.
Currently there are 9 separate training categories within Wealthy Affiliate. These include:
- Article Marketing
- Search Engine Optimization
- Pay-Per-Click Marketing
- Research
- Website Development
- Web hosting
- WA System & Tools
- Miscellaneous

Each category contains it’s own set of specific resources, including a section-specific “getting started” guide which walks you through the entire process. If you are an absolute newbie, this will get you up and running very quickly. I have gone through every Getting Started section within WA and they all provide excellent training!
One thing that I really think is cool about their training is that members create resources and become an EXPERT within WA. There are many experts that contribute regularly within WA…adding new videos, tutorials, and guides for other members to download. To be honest with you the training within WA is more than most 4 year Universities would offer. Every single training resource is included with your membership. This is really awesome!

Every week now, WA members can attend WAbinars (webinars inside WA) by Jay (who happens to be my personal mentor). The webinars are very valuable, full of information and examples. They help you understand affiliate marketing concepts and see how to APPLY them!

Reason #3: The tools.
What you are used to paying for is offered within Wealthy Affiliate for free. Free keyword tool, free website hosting, free website builder, free Niche Reports, free article creator, free link, affiliate program research tool, tracking/masking…it goes on and on. I will say this more than once. WA will continue to exceed your expectations. I have never been associated with a company that is more giving. I mean when the guys (Kyle & Carson) behind Wealthy Affiliate create something, they offer it to members for free.
I have bought keyword and research tools in the past, but the ones at Wealthy Affiliate are just as good if not better than anything that I have invested money in.

WordPress Express allows you to create web sites in minutes and stomps the fear that web sites are difficult to build. You can have a WordPress website up and running without the hassle of worrying about hosting, or website coding.

Reason 4: Real people, real success.
Obviously, outside of all the features, support and training at Wealthy Affiliate, whether or not people are succeeding is important to me. If people are not succeeding around me (and if I haven’t succeeded), then I do not recommend something. Whether this is a program to help you lose weight or to help you make money, the claims have to match the product quality or I don’t promote it. It is as simple as that. At Wealthy Affiliate you have the foundation to be as successful as you want.
The cool part is that I am not even close to being the most successful member at Wealthy Affiliate. There are guys and gals within the community that make much more than me ($1 MILLION+ per year) that started at WA with no other training. There are also many people earning $20, $50, $100+ per day with the training.
If I can achieve success with something, so can you. I am just a regular person that was willing to work towards something…and with the help of WA and a little elbow grease I did it.

Is joining WA expensive? (legitimate question!)
Honestly? No. It’s actually way less expensive than the other online trainings.
And the good news is that, last October, the owners Kyle and Carson have decided to create 2 different memberships, the Gold and the Platinium, so that everyone can afford to be a member of the WA university! That’s really cool of them.
So basically, with the Gold Membership, it costs something like $1.50 per day. Caffeine is bad for your heart. Quit it and join WA! :)
